Hi there,

We do not do repair work. Sounds like you need a repair kit though, and those are sold through retail pet stores, catalog companies, and websites. Most likely you need to replace your diaphragms. Here are some websites that carry those kits: www.aquariumguys.com, www.thatfishplace.com, www.petmountain.com.

No, it is not rated for outdoor use and is not waterproof. Also, rubber diaphragms do not hold up well to freezing and thawing. Use a small, submersible, pond pump and a short piece of tubing that lies just below the surface of the water, causing ripples, instead.

Yes, they are, you would need 2 of the AP150 repair kits to fix the AP300. It is now called the Whisper 300 though, that may be why you are having trouble finding kits. Try www.aquariumguys.com or www.petmountain.com.

Yes, anywhere but EBay. It has to be purchased through a legitimate online retailer. You would need to keep a copy of the invoice or shipping receipt they send you.

That is a small tank for that pump. Most likely, considering its age, and size of tank the air pump is on, you are needing the repair kit for the rubber diaphragms. These are available through online vendors and retail pet stores.

Flow rate is listed in previous questions asked on this site. None of ours that I am aware of, will do that much in cc/min. Our largest one is the Whisper 300 and it pushes 4.6 liters per minute. We do not test in cc/min. It is tested with both ports teed, and an airstone attached at a 24" depth.

Yes, that is exactly how you would install the check valve. After the connector that connects the short tube to the two longer pieces, you cut each longer piece a couple inches away from the connecter, and insert a check valve in each line. So there is one valve going to the light and bubbler, and one valve on the line going to the filter. If you have any questions, call us at 1-800-526-0650.
